Dear Parents, Staff, Students and Well-Wishers,

As Manager of North Star Public School, Palampur, it is my privilege and honour to oversee an institution that stands as a beacon of quality education, integrity and community service in the Kangra valley. Since our establishment, we have been driven by one unwavering purpose: to provide every child in Palampur and the surrounding region with access to world-class education within the familiar comfort of their home environment.

My role as Manager encompasses the governance, administration and strategic development of our school. I work in close partnership with our Director, Mr. Suresh Jamwal, our Principal, and all academic and non-academic staff to ensure that North Star functions as a smoothly administered, financially sound and community-responsive institution. From maintaining our state-of-the-art infrastructure to recruiting the finest teaching talent, every administrative decision is taken with the singular goal of serving our students better.

North Star Public School is deeply committed to transparency, accountability and community partnership. We believe that parents are not merely stakeholders — they are co-creators of our school's success. Our open-door policy ensures that every concern is heard, every suggestion is considered, and every child's wellbeing is safeguarded. We regularly engage with our School Management Committee to ensure that governance at North Star remains participatory, ethical and student-centred.

Looking ahead, I am deeply excited about the future we are building together. We are continuously investing in infrastructure upgrades, teacher training programmes, digital learning tools and community outreach initiatives that will ensure North Star remains not just relevant, but truly excellent for generations to come.

Planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and new facilities to ensure North Star maintains world-class learning environments for its students and staff.

Community Relations

Building strong relationships with parents, local community members, government bodies and educational authorities to foster a supportive ecosystem for the school.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensuring full compliance with HP Board affiliation requirements, government regulations and educational standards to maintain the school's accredited status.

Financial Stewardship

Managing the school's finances responsibly to ensure sustainability, ongoing investment in quality and affordable, transparent fee structures for our parent community.

Strategic Planning

Developing long-term strategic plans in collaboration with school leadership to drive continuous improvement in academic quality, infrastructure and community impact.
