Dear Students, Parents and Colleagues,

It is with immense joy and a deep sense of responsibility that I address you as Vice Principal of North Star Public School, Palampur. Since joining this vibrant institution, I have witnessed first-hand the transformative power of quality education delivered in an environment of warmth, discipline and encouragement.

As Head of Academics, my primary focus is to ensure that every classroom at North Star is a space where curiosity thrives, where questions are celebrated, and where each student is empowered to think critically and act with integrity. I work closely with our dedicated faculty to design and implement engaging, outcome-based curricula that go beyond rote learning and truly prepare our students for the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly evolving world.

I firmly believe that academic excellence and character development are inseparable. It is not enough for our students to score well in examinations — they must also grow into empathetic, resilient and responsible individuals. At North Star, we invest as much in the heart as we do in the mind, creating well-rounded individuals who will contribute meaningfully to society.

Curriculum Development

Designing and implementing comprehensive, HP Board-aligned academic programmes that foster deep learning, critical thinking and real-world application skills across all grades.

Faculty Mentorship

Guiding and supporting teachers through regular professional development workshops, classroom observations and collaborative lesson planning to ensure the highest standards of instruction.

Student Development

Overseeing co-curricular activities, student welfare initiatives and the school's discipline framework to ensure every student grows academically, socially and emotionally.

Academic Monitoring

Tracking student performance through regular assessments and providing timely interventions and personalised support for students who need additional academic guidance.

Parent Engagement

Facilitating meaningful parent-teacher partnerships through open communication, regular meetings and a collaborative approach to ensuring each child's academic success.

Examination Coordination

Managing all aspects of internal and board examinations, ensuring rigorous preparation, fair conduct and thorough review to help students achieve their best results.
